Organic Welcome Basket

Moroccan Cooking Class

Learn how to prepare and produce traditional Moroccan cuisine to recreate at home. Casual, friendly half day workshop with Folklore Colectif in their new, purpose built, professional training kitchen. Kids baking classes are now available.
“Field to Table” Dining
250dh per head (Sunday) / 500dh (private, min. 4)
Foodies will enjoy the “field to table” set menu at a local organic farm. Authentic Moroccan food with a modern twist. Guests eat al fresco under a Bedouin tent in the farm’s stunning garden. Sundays only / private dining by request only.
Berber Souk
